Paydens Prescribes Payrite For Powerful Functionality
Leading independent pharmaceutical wholesalers administers complex staff pay across its retail outlets, pharmacies and nursing clinics with new payroll software Paydens Limited, leading retailer, wholesaler and provider of care for the elderly, has selected Payrite from Rutherford Webb as part of an accounting, payroll and HR solution. Paydens uses Payrite to administer its multiple weekly and monthly payrolls for over 1300 staff across its retail outlets, pharmacies and nursing homes.
Paydens chose Payrite for its ability to perform complex payroll tasks such as cost splits, incentive pay, Internet filing and integration with its HR system, InfoSupport.
Paydens uses Payrite’s cost-split functionality to manage payments for pharmacist locums working in multiple locations throughout the week. Payrite can allocate the cost of each day¡’s pay to the relevant outlet within seconds. The system’s links to PS Financials also allows locum cost splits to be fed through to the accounts package, removing the need for the accounts department to raise cross charges.
Using Payrite’s integrated expense and payroll modules means it is no longer necessary for Paydens to run separate payrolls for salaries and expenses. It is also very easy to write reports, for example, to calculate back pay, monitor pay rates or to extract information for annual pay reviews.
Payrite can also calculate enhanced rates of pay based on basic pay rates – a facility currently being used to trial an attendance incentive scheme for staff.
Payrite’s links to the InfoSupport HR system allow electronic employee records to be created.
