HR Database
Payrite HR Database extends the facility to record and report on employee information. It allows the user to define the information that is recorded on each employee.
HR DB uses an MS Access database that is fully ODBC compliant:
- Unlimited number of record screens per employee (Limited only by size of the database)
- Record screen design is made easy with support for dragging and dropping of record screen items and cut, copy and paste functionality.
- Support for adding fields, text items, frame controls and bitmaps to a record screen
- 16 record screens provided as standard
- Designed to be used with external report writers, like Crystal
- Drill-down history, e.g. salary changes with date of change
- Graphical or text based printing of screens
- User / Group level security
- User definable edit fields appear as edit boxes, check boxes, or combo boxes dependant on the field type
- Mail merge facility to allow data to be linked with Microsoft Word documents
- Attachment of Word documents to records
- Links to Microsoft Excel
