Payrite manages all aspects of SMP, from calculation to recovery from the yellow book figures. You may also set-up company maternity pay if you pay in addition to the statutory amounts
SSP
Payrite will calculate SSP entitlement for any qualifying week the system can also work out whether an employee should be excluded and will give you the exclusion reason.
If you have the Payrite attendance module you can set-up your company sick pay rules. This will calculate the rate of pay due when an employee is off sick and offset or pay the SSP.
